NHS Choices website hits 11 million visits

The NHS Choices website now gets more than 11 million visits each month and has grown to become the most popular health website in the UK. (Published: 01 February 2012)

This is according to the NHS Choice annual report 2011 (PDF 1.63Mb), which has now been published giving an overview of the NHS Choices service and its achievements over the past year.

NHS Choices is used increasingly by the public as well as health professionals who, in addition to finding information on health, are able to find compare and comment on local services.
