The Clinical Dashboard team was structured into four workstreams. They were:

• Governance and project management
• Clinical and metrics
• Technical
• Benefits and change

Each of these workstreams represent an area of specialty and focus for project members to address at each stage of delivery. The descriptions for each of these can be found on the corresponding left hand menu option.

A document has been produced by the programme to provide guidance for any NHS trust who will need to carry out workstream activities for putting clinical dashboards in place. This can be found at: Guide to introducing clinical dashboards within your organisation.
