This document will be of most use to system or software suppliers as a summary of changes incorporated into the OPCS-4.5 data files so please share the document with your supplier.

It is unsafe to use the information in the document to assign codes prior to 1 April 2011 or to annotate existing OPCS-4.5 books as it does not reflect all changes to be made to OPCS-4.6.

This summary document does not reflect changes made to the following:
