- Trust requires expertise assistance for their projects.
- Trust submits a request to their SHA.
- SHA assesses request and provides resource.
- If SHA cannot provide expertise they contact the deployment support team by emailing cfh.dst@nhs.net or telephoning 0113 397 4090.
- Deployment support team assesses the requirement, agrees a work package including skill set, location and duration.
- The deployment support team provides suitable resource and monitors effectiveness.
- Deployment support team successfully completes work package.
- Deployment support team and SHA review and close work package.
