Aims and objectives

The aim of the Dispensing Appliance Contractor (DAC) user group is to:

• Review the elements of the EPS design and implementation approach that impact on DACs

• Consider the impact of business change on existing processes

• Comment on publicity and communication materials and the overall communication strategy

• Provide input into lessons learned on an ongoing basis

• Provide a forum to disseminate key messages
