Business Process Guidance
A guidance document designed to support initial implementers of Release 2 of the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is available to download. The guidance, which has been developed for use by all healthcare staff working in a primary care setting, covers key prescribing and dispensing business processes. Individual business process sections, which have been taken from the full guidance document, are also available to download.
