EPS Release 2 Deployment Map
This Electronic Prescription Service Release 2 deployment planning tool identifies every GP practice, community pharmacy and dispensing appliance contractor (DAC) in England. The information is provided to assist primary care trusts, GP and community pharmacies and their IT system suppliers to plan the deployment of Release 2 of the Electronic Prescription Service. Please see the important information below.
The sites are grouped according to their Strategic Health Authority (SHA) area to reduce download times. One SHA area can be selected at a time from the drop down box.
The map will show the GP and pharmacy sites' location and their readiness to use Release 2 of the Electronic Prescription Service using a traffic light system, where green is ready, amber is coming soon and red is not ready. Clicking on an icon will show the site name and provide links for more information.
You can zoom in and out and scroll over the map using the controls in the top left. If you wish to view a different SHA area, select it as before from the drop down list.
