NHS Implementation Managers
An implementation manager can support you in your preparation for and implementation of EPS Release 2. In particular, they can steer you through the Secretary of State application process and through initial site go-lives.
They represent NHS CFH and will work with LMCs and LPCs to develop relationships in advance of EPS Release 2 arriving.
They will help to manage your expectations in terms of system supplier readiness and go live and help you to find suitable pairings. They will ease you into the transition of working with the EPS team during go-live and strengthen your ability to become business as usual.
