'An introduction to GP2GP' (PDF 823Kb) (Ref: 4183) aimed at PCT and GP practice staff, explains how GP2GP works, why it is needed and the benefits it brings to patients, GPs and practice staff. This leaflet is available to order free of charge by completing the online order form.
