GPSoC Service Management Contacts

At both the GPSoC suppliers and NHS CFH there are teams dedicated to ensuring the successful provision of GPSoC Services.

If you have exhausted the supplier's escalation process and your issue or incident is still outstanding then you can escalate it to NHS CFH by completing the GPSoC Live Service Incident Escalation Form and emailing it to nhscfh.gpsocsupport@nhs.net.
