How to open a HealthSpace account
If you have not used HealthSpace before you will need to register for an account.
HealthSpace Basic Account
Anyone aged 16 and over, living in England with a valid email address can open a HealthSpace Basic Account.
The Basic Account helps you keep a record of useful information, like your weight, smoking habits, alcohol consumption, blood pressure, cholesterol or other information about your health and lifestyle that you want to keep track of.
HealthSpace Advanced Account
Currently, you can only open an Advanced Account when your local Primary Care Trust (PCT) is supporting HealthSpace Advanced Account registration.
The Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) listed below are supporting HealthSpace Advanced Account registration. If you do not know your local PCT visit NHS Choices where you can search for your PCT.
- Bolton PCT
- Bournemouth and Poole PCT
- Bradford and Airedale Teaching PCT
- Bury PCT
- Dorset PCT
- Dudley PCT
- East and Coastal Kent PCT
- Medway PCT
- Oldham PCT
- Somerset PCT
- West Kent PCT
The list of PCTs offering Advanced Account registration is updated regularly so please check again if this service is not yet available to you.
If your local NHS is supporting HealthSpace Advanced Account registration you will automatically be given the choice to upgrade to an Advanced Account when you have completed the Basic Account registration.
The HealthSpace Advanced Account offers a wider range of services than the Basic Account.
