• Go to the HealthSpace website.
• Select 'Register' from the left-hand menu and then 'Register for a new HealthSpace account' from the page
• Complete the registration form, including your email address, postcode, user ID, password, on-screen name and date of birth
• Click the 'next' button
• HealthSpace will display a message explaining the email validation process. This is a security precaution to make sure you have access to the email address given. If there is a problem, HealthSpace will display a message on the screen.
• You will receive an email containing instructions and an activation key. The activation key is a unique combination of letters and numbers that you will be asked to enter when you log in to your new account. You will need to follow the instructions in the email to complete the account creation process.

Important note

You have 30 days to complete the email validation process, after which the activation key will expire. If you are unable to compete the email validation process within the 30 day limit you must then wait a further 30 days for your details to be deleted from the system. You can then start the registration process again.
