National Learning Management System

The National Learning Management System (National LMS) is centrally funded by the Department of Health. Any NHS member of staff that has an Electronic Staff Record (ESR) can gain access to a wide variety of e-learning courses, covering a range of subject matters, free of charge.

This National LMS offers huge benefits to those NHS organisations seeking to offer education and training online. Access to e-learning is provided through ESR and the record of each individuals learning is then linked to the staff record for that person.

All e-learning courses are provided free of charge, can be accessed at work or at home and are available through one single access point.
