ETD Standard 2 - Training Plan
A training plan will provide the detail about how, when, where and with whom each stage of the training solution will be undertaken, and who is responsible for ensuring that it happens. It is developed in the initial stages of a project or training lifecycle and follows on from the development of the training strategy and training needs analysis.
Plans will therefore explain the resourcing, design, delivery, evaluation, reporting and other activities required to support the training. They are living documents that are updated as you move through the different stages of the training cycle.
This ETD standard and supporting guidance document describes what is required for a training plan. A number of templates are available to support the development of your own plan.
