EITS for organisations: how the programme works
Learning materials (including pre and post assessments)
The learning materials for EITS are developed by University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust
What's available?
Learning for EITS is usually delivered via e-learning which is accessed through the online IT skills tracking system. Centres also have access to different formats of the learning materials through the tracking system so they can upload it to their Intranet site or onto a Learning Management System (LMS).
All learning materials are provided to EITS centres free of charge.
Online customisation of NHS ELITE
Using a secure login to the online IT skills tracking system, centres can configure multiple versions of the NHS ELITE learning materials to meet their organisations needs. For example, it can be configured as a Training Needs Analysis (TNA), a short course in basic mouse, keyboard and web skills and a full NHS ELITE course.
Any customisations a centre makes are stored online under their centre log in which then allows learners registered under that centre to easily pick the course that they need.
