The Council has endorsed two job descriptions, one for Social Care and the other for NHS Caldicott Guardians.

The job descriptions form a generic baseline of functions that Caldicott Guardians are likely to perform and they are made available here in Word format so that content can be added/deleted to make them more specific to your role and organisation.
